The June Showcase is PDT’s end of year performance celebrating the growth of all of our students throughout the year. The performance features a broad range of styles and showcases the many talents of our Pre-School and Primary Division Students.
Notes:
This is an outdoor performance. Consider bringing sunscreen/sunglasses/hats.
Bathrooms are located on the second floor of the building. There is no elevator.
Flowers will be available to purchase to gift to your dancer. Pre-Order your bouquet here.
Refreshments will be available for purchase.
All audience members are asked to stay for the entire performance.
Free parking is available on campus.
Tickets

Ticketing/Seating
Your wristband is your ticket to the performance.
There are three colors of wristbands that signify your seat type.
All seats are general admission.
Audience members will be able to take their seats beginning at 10:15 am.
If able, families are asked to pick up their wristbands prior to June 1st to limit lines the day of the performance.
Wristbands not picked up by May 31st, will be held at the Will Call table on June 1st.

Red Wristbands
All families of performing dancers are given two RED wristbands as their complimentary tickets for the performance. These wristbands entitle you to two seats.
Your complementary wristbands may be picked up at the studio beginning May 9th.
Please pick up prior to June 1st.

Blue Wristbands
Additional seated tickets are available for purchase for $10.
Guests who purchase seated tickets will receive BLUE wristbands which entitle you to use a provided chair.
Please pick up your wristband at the studio prior to the performance if possible.

Green Wristbands
Children 12 years old and under are free to enter and will sit on the ground. Children will be given a green wristband.
Please provide your own blanket. Green wristbands may not sit in the provided chairs.
Purchase flowers for your dancer!
The PDT Parent Guild will be selling flowers at the performance to audience members to gift to their dancer. Pre-order your dancer's flowers and pick them up at the performance while supporting PDT!
A limited number of bouquets will be available to purchase at the performance. Pre-orders are preferred.

Thursday, May 30th
4:30-5:30 - Pre-Ballet 1, 2,3 Tot Hip Hop
5:30-6:30 - Ballet 1/1x, 2/2x, 3/3x, Jazz 1,2,3 Hip Hop ½, Boys ½, 3/3x Contemporary
June Showcase - Day of the show
Saturday, June 1st
All dancers must arrive in dress code with hair, makeup, and sunscreen complete.
CALL TIMES:
10:00 AM: Ballet 1/1x, 2/2x, 3/3x, Jazz 1,2,3 HIp Hop ½, Boys ½, 3/3x Contemporary
Please go Studio C.
Chaperones will look after the dancers until the time of the show.
10:30 AM: Pre-Ballet 1,2,3 Tot Hip Hop
Please take your dancer to the bathroom, and then go to Studio A.
Chaperones will look after the dancers until the time of the show.
11:00 AM: Performance

Costumes for the June showcase the class uniform.
All dancers must have the appropriate uniform for the class they are performing with.
Please purchase your child's level uniform here if they do not already have it
We highly recommend ordering any missing dress code pieces now to avoid back orders.
PDT will provide matching hair accessories for the dancers in each class dance as part of the participation fee.
You may also post in the PDT App group chat to see if any other families may have what you are looking for.
Hair
Ballet 1-3x: High slicked back bun
Pre Ballet: Bun is preferred. Hair must be secured away from face
All dancers will receive a hair bow the morning of the show. Please send your dancer with pins to secure their bow.
Pre Ballet Tights
Tights are optional for Pre Ballet students.
Pre Ballet boys may wear plain black shorts if it is too hot. See here for shorts.
Makeup
Light make up is optional
Please send your dancer with sunscreen already applied.

Registration and Fees
To register for the June Showcase, families must fill out the form above by MARCH 1st to indicate which classes they are committing to performing with.
We will then add the $50 fee to your Studio Director account where you can pay it with your normal tuition.
This fee is a family fee and will cover: 2 seats in the provided folding chairs for adults, and entry for siblings who may bring a blanket and sit on the grass.
Additional seated tickets can be purchased for extended family members and friends. A link for purchasing tickets will be provided closer to the show.
We ask that if you are bringing children, that they sit on the lawn and do not take the limited seats from seniors and adults.

Each family’s registration fee covers 2 seats for adults in the provided folding chairs.
Siblings may attend for free and bring a blanket and sit on the grass.
Red wristbands will serve as your family’s 2 comp tickets. These will be available for pick up at the front desk closer to the time of the show.
Additional seated tickets may be purchased for extended family and friends for $10
We ask that all children sit on the lawn and do not take the limited seats from seniors and adults.
